STRATFORD POLICE SERVICES (Canada) - UX PROJECT

In this project, I worked with a team of 4 other people and we worked together to create a Project Portfolio for the Stratford Police Services that included a website design, a mobile application prototype and social media strategy. We worked on many UX aspects, such as creating wireframes, user personas, stakeholder maps, competitive analysis, prototypes and we also did user testing. I specifically worked on the user personas, stakeholder map, website wireframes, style tile, and site map. I also helped with the design of the final website.
A user persona I created to have a better sense of the target demographic that will be using the Stratford Police Services website
A stakeholder map my group and I created to determine all the possible people concerned in the situation.
Wireframes that I created before designing the website to get a better understanding of the layout of the page and how to display information.
A style tile I created to help with design choices for the website such as fonts, colours, buttons, typography.
Site Map that I created that lays out and shows the different tabs and pages that will be included on the website.
A logo redesign I created for the Stratford Police Services and the favicon for the website. I made the logo a lot simpler and condensed.
This is the final design for the homepage of the Stratford Police Services Website that my group came up with. We tried to keep it simple and appealing, as well as accessible for the target market.
